Hi, I'm Annalisa.

I am a Clinical Herbalist, Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition®, National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, and Aromatherapist.

At WildWoods, our Texas Certified Naturally Grown homestead, I handcraft herbal remedies and skincare products and provide personalized wellness consultations that look at the whole person (body, mind, spirit, emotions, lifestyle, and environment), rather than just managing symptoms. My approach is grounded in evidence-informed, core principles of integrative health and functional medicine.

I'm now working towards my Doctorate in Integrative Health and love helping others find ways to connect with their bodies, their food, and the natural rhythms of the earth.
